Jessica Kennedy is a Senior Paediatric Occupational Therapist who has worked in a range of settings across Australia and Ireland. She is an award winning Occupational Therapist who has been published on the Huffington Post & The Journal of Occupational Therapy Science. Jess is the creator of My OT & Me, a site dedicated to offering individual client-centered interventions and accessible resources for parents and other professionals. She has completed further training in Sensory Integration, Feeding, Infant Massage and Special Yoga. Innovative and creative intervention is at the core of Jess’s practice, ensuring that parents feel like the experts in their child’s life and children reach their potential. 

Occupational Therapy can help address difficulties in the areas of self-care (i.e. toileting, feeding, grooming & sleeping), social and communication skills, fine and gross motor skills, self-regulation, attention, behaviour and sensory processing.
