To get the most out of your training for the Three Counties Cycle you need to work backwards from the date of the event
You must start with your event and work back from it to right now. This principal is true of training for any activity.
Whether you are participating in the 50km or 100km ride, training will be important to make the day enjoyable and safe for you and your fellow riders.
